You can learn quite a bit without trying

Today’s lecture was on Captain Cook’s last days in Hawaii. Not pleasant for anyone. But there is a saying that he inspired- Take a Captain Cook, meaning take a look around.

Learning to play bridge is harder than I anticipated. My partner and I lost both hand and I still don’t know why.

I have never been talented at reading putts. Trying to read the putts on a putting green that is moving is even more challenging.

Most importantly, I was looking out at the vastness of the Pacific Ocean early this morning when a faint rainbow appeared. I take that as a sign of luck and can’t wait to see what is at its end.

Cheers and good night Joey.
