Sydney

Weather was expected to be raining but turned into a beautiful day down under. Coming into the bay’s surrounding Sydney is so magical.

Climbing to the top of this bridge is a very popular excursion.

We took a tour of the famous Opera House. Fascinating structure from the outside in. It will be celebrating its 50th year.

We then headed for Bondi beach known for surfing competition.

Heading back to the ship we traveled through the city and past the famous Queen Victoria shopping center.

  1. Nice to see Bondi Beach in the sunshine. When we were there last year it was in the midst of a cloudburst! That Victorian shopping center you saw in Sydney was near where we stayed after our cruise and is all beautifully tiled inside with many interesting small shops and cafes.
