We have been so lucky with delightful weather as we head north from the bottom of Africa to Europe.
Our stop in Luderitz has allowed us to go to off shore islands with African Penguins and Flamigos. Lots of dolphins that were pretty elusive when it came to photos.
There are big changes expected in this area. Historically, they have mined underground diamonds. New mining in the ocean is bringing bigger returns. Green energy is expected to have a positive impact on this community. This is a wonderful town which I hope can keep its naturally beautiful setting.
