Late arrival at the boat last night and early trip this morning. A quick trip to Da Nang and return in time to set off for Nha Trang.
A visit to the Cham museum provided information on this ancient civilization. The Cham society was located in the southern area of what is now under the authority of Vietnam. Cham relics were found in the late 1800s by French archeologists and date back to the 800s. The archeological site is now under the protection of UNESCO and is about an hour south of Da Nang.

Now onto the Cho Han Market.

Can’t go a day without a temple. Today the temple is found on Fairy Mountain with the largest Buddha in Vietnam.

The coast of city of Da Nang has a wonderful beach with resorts facing the bay. It is also a busy working fishing area.

Cheers and good night Joey.
So glad you got to see the beaches in DaNang. I thought they were so beautiful. A visit to a local market is always an interesting excursion in those countries. Ken ate Pho BLD, even on the street. Everything is so fresh and delicious. I loved Hue as well. Please tell me they didn’t make you go to the water puppet show.
